Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Online orders will normally be shipped by the following business day. (Hand Tied Rigs normally require more time) Orders placed at the end of the week will typically be shipped on Monday.

What carrier do you ship through?

United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

How long does shipping usually take?

USPS Priority shipping typically takes around 2-4 days for most orders. If you need your order shipped faster, please contact me about express shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

How can I return or exchange something?

• Any online orders (Excluding FINAL SALE/OPEN BOX) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase. If I sent a wrong item accidentally or if an item arrived damaged, just let me know, I will cover the return shipping and get the correct item sent to you. 
• If you need to return or exchange an item for other reasons (changed mind, etc.), you must be responsible for the return shipping and any other shipping charges (if applicable). ALL returned or exchanged items must still be NEW condition. Any items that appear used or opened will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. If you are choosing to return an item, a refund will be granted for the price of the item once the item is received.
